Honey Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry
A quick 20-minute stir-fry with a sweet and savory sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Cooked brown rice, for serving
Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- 3. Add vegetables and sauté for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 4. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and garlic; cook 2 minutes until coated.
- 5. Serve over brown rice.
