Teriyaki Beef & Broccoli Bowls

Teriyaki beef and broccoli bowls served over rice

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • Cooked brown rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3–4 minutes.
  3. 3. Add broccoli and sauté 2–3 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in teriyaki sauce and cornstarch slurry; cook until sauce thickens.
  5. 5. Serve over rice.
