Teriyaki Beef & Broccoli Bowls
A takeout favorite made healthier at home.
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean flank steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp low-sodium teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- Cooked brown rice, for serving
Instructions
- 1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3–4 minutes.
- 3. Add broccoli and sauté 2–3 minutes.
- 4. Stir in teriyaki sauce and cornstarch slurry; cook until sauce thickens.
- 5. Serve over rice.
